The Sabah Forestry Department has taken the initiative to raise awareness among communities living near the Heart of Borneo (HoB) area about the importance of the nearby forest area. This is aimed at ensuring the sustainability of the surrounding environment and the well-being of the local community. The objective of this program is to establish good communication between the Sabah Forestry Department and the village residents, and to increase awareness and involvement of all parties regarding the importance of the environment.
